Philadelphia's Trevino Named Kicker of the Year

Trevino becomes third straight Soul kicker to be honored by the League

LAS VEGAS – The Arena Football League has announced that Philadelphia Soul kicker Adrian Trevino has been named 2017 AFL Kicker of the Year. This marks the third consecutive year that a Philadelphia Soul place kicker has been named with the award.

Trevino (5’11”, 190, Missouri Valley) converted 104-of-114 extra point attempts and 1-of-4 field goals during the regular season. The four-year AFL veteran attempted 118 kickoffs garnering 35 touchbacks as he led the Soul to the best kickoff coverage team in the league averaging 43.1 net yards per kickoff.
